Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing from MHRstudio. 

 

In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction with your piece, please read the refund policy below. 

 

 In order to be eligible for a refund, the item needs to be returned to MHRstudio (at the customers own expense) within 8 days of the purchase date. The item must be unworn and in it's original condition. Any deposit paid for a commission is non refundable. The item will be assessed and the customer will be notified if they are eligible for a refund.
